Description
This 15 year old single malt Scotch whisky comes from the Glengoyne distillery within the heart of the Scottish Highland. This is a somewhat complex dram but retains a lovely roundness. It’s distilled the usage of old traditional techniques that are much slower than many other Scottish distilleries. It’s matured in decided on sherry casks and the result’s a deep character with light vanilla notes.

Initial hit of sweet lemon gives method to warm toffee popcorn on nose
Oily and mouth coating on palate
Drying with subtle oak finish
